Manufactured in the UK, our BMW M57N2 decat downpipe is precision-engineered from the ground up to deliver exceptional build quality, durability and fitment.

Constructed entirely from high-quality 304-grade stainless steel, including the flexi section and sensor bosses, each downpipe is professionally TIG welded and features a precision CNC-machined turbo flange.

Designed as a direct bolt-on replacement for compatible BMW M57N2-powered vehicles, the downpipe retains the factory 60mm outlet, allowing it to connect directly to the original exhaust system.

This downpipe is designed as a direct bolt-on replacement, retaining the original 60mm exhaust connection and factory sensor mounting locations.

Please note the following before installation:

  • Turbo Flange Compatibility – A visual check of the existing turbo flange is essential before ordering to ensure the correct connection type.
  • Factory Exhaust Connection – Retains the original 60mm outlet for connection to the standard exhaust system.
  • Factory Sensors – Designed to accommodate the original temperature, oxygen and pressure sensors.
  • ECU Software Requirements – ECU software modifications may be required following installation to prevent engine management warning lights and running issues. Any modifications must be appropriate for the vehicle's intended off-road or motorsport use and comply with applicable regulations.

Professional installation is recommended.

All Groovy Stance decat downpipes are manufactured and sold strictly for off-road, motorsport and competition use only. They are not approved for use on public roads.

This product is designed to replace factory emissions-control equipment, including the Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF) and/or catalytic converter, where applicable.

Removing or modifying emissions-control equipment can make a vehicle non-compliant with UK road-vehicle emissions regulations. A vehicle with required emissions-control equipment removed will fail its UK MOT inspection. Similar restrictions may apply in other countries.

By purchasing and/or installing this product, the customer acknowledges that:

  • This product is supplied exclusively for off-road, motorsport or competition applications.
  • The customer is responsible for ensuring their vehicle complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • The vehicle must not be operated on public roads in a configuration that breaches emissions or roadworthiness legislation.
  • Groovy Stance is not responsible for MOT or inspection failures, fines, penalties or other consequences arising from unlawful installation or use, to the extent permitted by law.
  • The vehicle must be returned to a road-legal, emissions-compliant configuration before being used on public roads or presented for a roadworthiness inspection.

Purchasing this product confirms your understanding that it is an off-road/motorsport component and is not supplied as a road-legal replacement for factory emissions-control equipment.
