'VAG' 2.0 TDI decat downpipe

This “VAG” down pipe fits a wide range of vehicles, this is for the 2.0TDI 16V engines, and this can be the PD170, PPD170 and the new generation of CR engines. (a full fitment list is below)

This downpipe has been designed with 2.5inch diameter, 304 grade stainless steel, we have found with testing, the 2.5inch diameter gives the nicest exhaust tone, compared to the 3inch, still giving high flow and great performance.

Please note - with DPF delete, the differential pressure pipes and now made redundant, but some models i.e the ‘PPD’ Engine will require the sensor to remain electronically plugged in….   

All our downpipes are made and tig welded in house, with the highest quality control.

This downpipe is a bolt on replacement of the factory DPF section and will retain the factory clamping system.

Please select the correct outlet size for your vehicle (this is a diameter measurement of the current exhaust system at the end of the clamp, joining the downpipe to the rest of the exhaust)

170bhp = 60mm diameter

140bhp = 55mm diameter
